Where It Started
Founded by
High School Friends
Welcome to Redlands Pottery Project — a dynamic pottery studio nestled in the heart of Downtown Redlands.
Founded by a group of high school friends united by their passion for pottery, we’ve transformed our shared dream into reality. We weren’t ceramic professionals when we started — just a few friends who fell in love with clay and decided to build a place where other people could fall in love with it too.
At RPP, we’re not just a studio — we’re a community hub where creativity flourishes. From our flagship in Redlands to our second location opening in Fullerton, every Pottery Project studio is built around the same idea: clay belongs to everyone.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Community Over Output
A pot is great. The conversations that happen while you’re making it are better. We design our studios so people actually meet each other — members, students, instructors, neighbors.
Open to Beginners
A lot of pottery studios feel intimidating. Ours doesn’t. Our beginner classes assume zero experience, and our instructors will meet you wherever you are.
Run by Makers
Everyone on the team makes pots. We’re not a chain or a franchise — we’re a small group of people who actually care about ceramics and the people learning it.
Locally Rooted
Each location is built into its neighborhood. Downtown Redlands. Fullerton. We’re not parachuting in — we’re planting.
Meet the People
The Team
Four friends who turned a shared obsession with clay into a studio. You’ll see us all behind the wheels, in the kiln room, or chatting at the front when you come in.
