1. Payment and Purpose:
   • I understand that the payment made for this class covers the instructional experience and use of materials, and not solely the finished product.
   • The class fee is non-refundable, and there will be no rescheduling of the class.
2. Finished Product Quality:
   • I acknowledge that despite following instructions, there are factors beyond the control of the instructor and the studio that may affect the quality of the final product.
   • I understand that perfection cannot be guaranteed, and some pieces may not survive the kiln process despite best efforts.
3. Firing Process:
   • The instructor will provide guidance on methods to enhance the chances of successful firing during the class.
   • I acknowledge that even with the provided instructions, variations in the firing process may occur, affecting the outcome of the pottery.

4. Refund Policy

   Purchases may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

   Rescheduling

   More than 48 Hours Notice: A rescheduling fee of $10 will be charged for requests made more than 48 hours before the class start time.

   Less than 48 Hours Notice: A rescheduling fee of $40 will be charged for requests made less than 48 hours before the class start time.

   No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows.

   Reschedule Limit: Each class can only be rescheduled twice.

5. Pickup and Shipping:
   • I understand that the piece I create during the class will be finished within approximately 4-6 weeks.
   • I have the option to pick up my finished piece at the studio or pay an additional fee for shipping.
6. Class Duration:
   • The class duration is estimated to be between one and a half to two hours.
